N.M.A. (Nicole) Krekel

Na het behalen van mijn artsexamen in 2009 aan de universiteit van Amsterdam heb ik als arts gewerkt bij de afdeling heelkunde in het VU Medisch Centrum in Amsterdam. Hier heb ik promotieonderzoek gedaan naar echogeleid opereren voor borstkanker. Vervolgens ben ik opgeleid tot plastisch chirurg in het VU Medisch Centrum, Rode Kruis Ziekenhuis Beverwijk, Spaarnegasthuis Haarlem en Imeldaziekenhuis Bonheiden (België). Ik ben officieel Fellow van de European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive en Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS). Sinds 2019 maak ik als plastisch chirurg in het Alrijne ziekenhuis met veel plezier deel uit van de vakgroep plastische chirurgie. De plastische chirurgie vind ik een prachtig veelzijdig vak, waarin je veel kunt betekenen voor mensen van jong tot oud. Daarnaast ben ik werkzaam in het LUMC en houd ik me nog steeds graag bezig met onderzoek.

Algemene plastische chirurgie, reconstructieve (mamma /borst) chirurgie, algemeen kinderplastische chirurgie.
