E.M.M. (Esther) van de Glind

Na mijn studie geneeskunde aan de Universiteit Leiden ben ik opgeleid tot klinisch geriater in het MCH Westeinde, het Slotervaartziekenhuis en bij GGZ Parnassia. Inmiddels werk ik met veel plezier in Alrijne Ziekenhuis. Binnen het team ouderengeneeskunde bieden wij diagnostiek en behandeling aan ouderen die meerdere problemen tegelijkertijd hebben, zoals lichamelijke achteruitgang, vallen of geheugenproblematiek. Dit doen we vaak in een dagonderzoek, waar een patiënt op één dag gezien wordt door een medisch specialist en verpleegkundig consulent, en waar we ook onderzoeken kunnen doen.  

Naast de patiëntenzorg houd ik mij bezig met kwaliteitszaken en wetenschappelijk onderzoek.
